The following is an example of a mood database divided into four linked views. Three of which are filtered to show certain moods. One is for poor moods: red (Sad, Annoyed, Angry). The second is for neutral moods: purple (Neutral, Thankful, Calm). The last is for good moods: green (Elated, Happy, Hopeful).

Step 1: Create bullet point or toggle or numbered list. Step 2: Change the block color Step 3: Enter + Tab to create a new child blocks Step 4: Drag table into child block, or under parent block.
