Tip for reading current events: there is no way to be every where or overhear every conversation around the globe at once. For this, we rely on reporters. However, like reading history, identifying sources and understanding the reporter's ideological filters (if he or she is to use those filters consciously or subconsciously) is important to identify while analyzing.
